          You should do seitan next time for the beef! The vegan place near me uses that for mongolian beef and it's soooooo good. I've only been vegetarian for 2 years and it freaked me out how close to the real thing it was.

                                                                                My mom is Asian and thus we make this stuff all the time. Oil temperature measuring tip: stick a *_wooden_* chopstick in the oil n if bubbles come off of it it’s hot enough.

                                                                                              Something I learned recently: if you mix hoisin sauce and Sriracha together and dip soft tofu in it, it tastes JUST like all Chinese chicken take out. SO GOOD
