                    Dont know about being hungry, although I was told working out with a full stomach puts too much strain on your stomach because its inflated. Not even your stomach, but all your organs are cramped at that point. I dont like being dependent on stuff like bananas or something. Like if I dont have my tackling fuel my mind will work against me.

                                                      Kind of stupid tbh. Deadlifting is regarded as the top excercise for developing back size and strength. Obviously student athletes shouldnt be doing them in high school weight rooms but it has more advantages then just "deadlifting for the sake of dead lifting". Everyone loves the backsquat but obviously it puts tremendous strain on your knees and lower back, but I see no one telling you to not do it.

                                                            You go to those same gyms were they arent dead lifting because of the risk vs reward all those guys are doing leg extensions.complaining about blowing out your back, then train your lower back properly and stop using weight belts you fat dumb fuck. stop just trying to lif tand move heavy things and actually take some time understanding how to do that properly .this fat strongman who literally does the definition of high risk is just repeating what he has been told by other not really in shape but strong dudes. strongmen are always calorie bulking overweight dudes who are always a waste of potential. this dudes such a retard.

                                                                        theres nothing wrong with deadlifts or most excesises , its just when people start abusing and obsessing trying to deadlift 500 lbs every week or workout stuff too often, If your doing heavy squats and legs your doing full body, i stopped doing heavy deadlifts years ago no reason to risk injury, i do maybe 225 at most. just do them modestly and you will be ok, do deadlifts once or twice a month if that, for the love of god dont go heavy and strain yourself and the back . work your way up small increments never make 75lb jumps every week your asking for injury. i have seen to many dudes get hurt cause they just obsess about being able to pick up a truck. my best advice is dont go heavy every week, because more isnt always better

                                                                                          Stoner Control I know a lot of guys who dead lift a lot that can’t bend over and row shat or do a lot of pull ups either. People have a poor perspective of strength these days going up in the gym I have seen this very odd transition and let me tell you something I see to many people going into powerlifting with out proper protocol, no stabilization or balance training

                                                                                          Clean and press is my favorite. I never got hurt doing it, could do 225 no matter what probably 280 if I trained at it more. I am genetically predisposed to be more quad dominant in my lifts and I'm sitting here hurt from deads.
