      So I tried this tonight for dinner, because my mum is a specific kind of vegetarian that doesn't eat onions or garlic, so I thought that this would be perfect for her.

      And honestly, it was totally delicious! She preferred it without as much sauce, but she seemed to like it too! Which is huge, honestly, because my family is super picky about foods xD The recipe was super easy and super delicious. I loved the brightness of the lemon, and as someone who can't eat too much creamy things, this was easy on the stomach. I still wouldn't be able to eat too much, but I had to fight the temptation to dig in again, since I wanted some for lunch tomorrow!

                                                        It's good but sorry to say it does not beat a well made cacio e pepe simply because this is a lot heavier and no amount of lemon will eliminate those 1000 calories of pure fat. Still good though

                                                                                  After trying this recipe, i find that we hv to be careful with how much pasta water is added bcos that is salt water. The first time i made this dish, it turned out to be too salty. Now I only add a little bit. Anyway, this dish is sooo delicious and easy to prepare!
