This was an accidental shooting and a guy died, No black man involved, no charges, no media outcry. This is Why I was outraged by the Amber Guyger Trial, this happens everyday and always ruled justified. I call BS.

You can't call the guyger trial bs just because this didn't get all the coverage. She literally walked into another mans home, not a raid, no hiding or any action and she shot him. If anything both are bad shoots and SHOULD get the attention but attention does not mean justice. They should be charged with murder but hey, just like when people say black lives matter and the response is "all lives matter" yet nothing is dont to make all lives matter...same with this case. Maybe it should be a murder trial, but just because we say "should" doesn't mean it will.

Involuntary Manslaughter: is defined as an unintentional killing that results either from criminal negligence or the commission of a low-level criminal act such as a misdemeanor.
Not saying the police officer is innocent by no means but that isn't a good idea to try to prosecute him with murder because that doesn't fit so he'll bet the charge and get be charged again because it will be double jeopardy.
