                  I speak to my Philipino nanny using her syntax/grammar, and even my pronunciation is slightly different, so I totally get what Trevor is saying. There's nothing to do with racism or discrimination here, it's just easier and makes more sense to do so.

                                                  I’m Colombian and my dad was so excited when our cable provider got an all Colombian channel: news, shows. music, everything from the motherland. But omg, if my dad watched too much of that channel, I seriously couldn’t understand for about an hour afterwards. He already had a thick accent I was used to but I had no idea it could get thicker!
