Top cop is the first cop
the heroin addict genuinely made me cry. I wish him the best in his recovery.
The first cop is a hero. The driver seemed to be really honest in everything he said, I really do hope he got the help he needed. A very good lesson at the start: just be honest with the cops from the get go and they will work with you. Theyre trained to pick up on things and once they do, a good officer will find whatever youre trying to hide. Its scary having no control over the situation but lying will only dig you a deeper hole.

I hate when cops use the "I'm not the _____ police" line.
It's really just them saying "I'm not educated in that area of law so I'm not going to enforce it"
The cop that was with dude with the narcos and heroin could not have handled the situation better great example for other officers to follow

As a person in recovery myself, that first officer was a class act.
Technically they have to be provoked to search a vehicle but they don’t need a warrant like they do for a home. From what I know and what I’ve read they must be provoked to search a car like if they see you nervous or acting up while they are trying to talk. Just sayin guys don’t eat my 🍑out over this

What a nice respectful police officer, she listened to what everyone had to say and was like ok keep the noise down. Two other cops show up and are like you need to leave your house.... wth how is this in anyway lawful to tell someone they need to leave thier own home.... our justice system and laws are completely flawed! Im very grateful to the female officer who did her jon properly thank you for your service.

you fail as a father when your daughter thinks she should stand in harm's way. you are insufficient as a man when your wife or the mother of your children is getting involved with violent criminals downtown instead of nurturing your household
i just wanted to pause it, 5 minutes into the video....and hopefully the officer see's this...but this is kind of the stuff i like seeing to restore my faith in humanity. not letting him off the hook per-say, But giving first contact chance, based on the situation just like a scare tactic for kids being rude to parents. except if they don't wanna redeem them self. then book them.
so he didnt have any right to search the car despite telling the guy he did.....always hold on to your rights remain silent and refuse any search if its your right to do that.
