This Couple Found A Stray Pit Bull In Their Truck | The Dodo Pittie Nation

  • Published: 11 January 2020
  • When this couple was coming home from yoga, they noticed a pit bull had jumped into their truck! It took a few hours, but eventually they got him to come out, and he refused to leave their side ... until a few weeks later, when he ran off into the woods and they couldn't find him. Watch to find out what happened next!

Sweets story cute puppy but the video is annoying. I hate absolutely hate when people do the stupid photoshop with the dog ears dog nose cat whiskers. It is stupid and in no way cute or funny so I gave you a thumbs down.

If the "untrained" stray was dangerous he would've attacked them but he didn't because clearly he's a trained friendly dog that was abandoned and was looking for comfort and love from someone.

That's similar to how Kuini found me in 2003. A 5 mo. old puppy who chased my landlord's daughter home, & said " I'm your dog now". My first one. She passed in mid 2015

So glad to know that there are good people out there. They could have just pushed the dog out of their vehicle and left him. But instead they fed and watered him and then took him home
and now he had all the love and attention any dog could ever want.

What a heartwarming story. The Pittie that adopted two humans. Lol! It seems Buddy is a good judge of character too. But not so good at staying found.
                                        A wonderful video. Peace!

Buddy needs a microchip with his family's current information on file with the vet who chips him. That would save a lot of worry, time, and confusion on Buddy's part. Microchipping your dog or cat only costs about $20. Then if he goes adventuring again, anyone who finds him can get him scanned at any vet or animal shelter and the microchip number will come up. That number gets entered on the chip's database and the owner's info comes up, including their phone number. Tada! Buddy finds his family again.

This is kind of like when I first met my now 12-year-old Chocolate Labrador whom I named Ben. He was 10 weeks old and at a pet store (yes I "bought" him, not adopted, don't judge me).

I actually went to the store looking for a German Shephard. But I heard this "woof!" I saw this chubby little Chocolate face with an expression that was saying "Hey! I've got a deal for you! You need a dog, and I need a dad! What do you think?"

12 years later, he still goes ballistic every time I walk in the house!

                                                                                          Very cute story ❤️

What always makes me sad is when the camera shows aaaaall the dogs behind bars who are wagging their tails because they think "May be you? You will be my new family? You will take me home and never leave me alone again?"
And then their look goes down to the floor again because they know that noone takes them anywhere.
And many of them stay there for the rest of their lives...
It's just so unbearable for me.

Don't get me wrong. I'm glad that there ARE shelters to take care of them. But still. Nothing can replace a family.

Such a sweet, loving dog found them and right away, said that's it, you're my family now! He is so gentle and has a wonderful look on his face! He hunted for them for a long time and found them. I'm so glad they kept him. They're a really good family that loves him and will take care of him furever!
