      Molly Baz This is SO SO delish!! I literally make this all of the time now. I double the sauce recipe and put dried cranberry’s and golden raisins. My whole family loves them to. This dish has the perfect balance of flavors and Molly is right, you really can’t taste the anchovies but they are a total must have in this! Side note: you can’t put golden raisins in the microwave, at least when I did they came out as hard as little pebbles, but I just picked them out and still ate the left overs!!

    Just made this, without the dressing. Not so much salt. Effing amazing. And bonus, my 3.5 year old loved the crunchy potatoes. New go-to side.

        If you want your potatoes crispy, par boil them then let them go cold standing in about quarter inch of cold oil, the water evaporates and they soak up the oil and crisp up really well

                                                              No raisins. White people have to stop putting raisins in everything. That’s why we never get invited to the BBQ. Also, a whole cup of salt to boil, salt to season and salty anchovies? I’ll cut out the amount of salt in the boiling pan.

                                                                          Seriously they cook away in the oil, with the chili flakes and garlic and raisins and walnuts...it really works and I hate anchovies! After you make it I assure you that in the future you’ll want to put even more filets than the 2 in the recipe

                                                                                I'm sorry, but "nooks and crannies" is a term reserved for English muffins. Maybe invent your own for potatoes, like "cracks and crevices".

                                                                                  If white girls had to choose between their two loves: dogs or potatoes for the rest of their lives I think most would choose dogs effectively raising the average female life span by 5 years. Canine meat is much healthier than starchy empty carbs. Think about it.
